UK × JAPAN CAREER BRIDGE
Build Your Career in Japan from the UK
Takumix connects UK-based Japanese-speaking talent with Japanese companies — through curated job listings and structured career preparation.
THE CHALLENGE
Why Most UK Graduates Don't Make It to Japan
Despite strong language skills and motivation, many talented UK candidates never apply — or apply unprepared.
03
Generic recruitment agencies don’t understand the UK Japanese-language graduate market and don’t speak both languages with full fluency.
04
Visa, relocation and post-arrival adjustment all add complexity that UK careers services aren’t equipped to handle.
01
Job openings for foreign-friendly Japanese companies are scattered, hard to find, and rarely target the UK.

02
Japanese hiring expects a different CV format, interview style, and cultural fit than UK graduates are taught.

Visa, relocation and post-arrival adjustment all add complexity that UK careers services aren’t equipped to handle.
Takumix exists to close exactly this gap — built by founders who graduated from the UK Japanese-language community and have lived and worked across both countries.
